Just Keep Swimming St James

Chinese New Year 2025
Celebrating Chinese New Year in school is a wonderful way to promote cultural awareness and understanding among our children. During this festival, many participate in activities such as cleaning their homes, attending vibrant parades and giving gifts to bring good fortune for the upcoming year.
The children enjoyed a Chinese inspired menu together at lunch time and activities throughout the day to celebrate together.
Girls Football Team
Well done to St James girls who battled hard in three very tough, against strong opposition on Wednesday afternoon.
The girls worked hard for each other and played until the final whistle in each of those games.
They sit in mid table going into the third round of games later this term.

Merry Christmas Everyone!
Please take a look at our end of Autumn Term blogs, what a busy term it has been! https://www.stjameshebburn.co.uk/our-classes/
Christmas allows us the opportunity to pause and give thanks for the love, hope and joy found in Jesus. We wish our families and children a safe, happy and warm Christmastime, filled with love and togetherness. We thank you as always for your support in all that we do at St James. We look forward to seeing everyone again on Monday 6th January, which is the first day of Spring Term.

Christmas Lunch at St James
Thank you to Chadwick’s Kitchen for providing our Christmas Lunch menu today and for the Christmas Crackers! Special thanks to Sara our Cook in Charge and our wonderful Kitchen Staff for preparing such a beautiful meal for us all to share! At the heart of our festive traditions we remember those who do not have as much as us and we give thanks for the food we have to eat. The children always enjoy this important meal together.
